Come da tradizione, avete 2 voti a testa per ogni categoria (ma potete scegliere di esprimerne anche solo uno, se preferite), quindi potete esprimere un totale di 8 voti. Valgono solo i voti di coloro che hanno partecipato a questa seconda stagione di FMRLD.

Da quest'anno aggiungiamo un ulteriore achievement, per coprire il buco europeo che gli attuali achievement avevano, dato che riguardano solo le leghe nazionali.
In pratica è identico a Serie A - Best Manager e Premier League - Best Manager, però dovete votare tenendo in conto esclusivamente le prestazioni ottenute in Champions League/Europa League.
