Ad occhio non possono essere compatibili per il solo fatto che ora esistono una serie di nuovi ruoli che prima non potevi settare.

I file non sono compatibili, puoi provare a ricopiarla manualmente da FM17, a volte funzionano ancora

Football Manager 2018 18.0.3 Update OUT NOW!
We're pleased to announce the release of update 18.0.3 for the Football Manager 2018 Early Access Beta.

As always you need to quit out of Football Manager and restart Steam to be sure of downloading the update. The update is save game compatible allowing you to carry on with any careers you may have already started.

As with the original Early Access Beta, this update contains no Pre-Game or In-Game Editor, the generated player & staff portraits are still disabled and no there's Steam Workshop. These will all be made available on the full release of the game on November 10th.

Change list includes (but is not limited to) the following:

Beta Changelist 18.0.3

Stability and Tech

- Further stability fixes
- Improvements to slowdown and lag found in game
- In-match sounds now play across entire match and in commentary only mode
- Removal of incorrect Hz display setting preferences

Graphics and UI

- Fixes to Retina Mac
- Fix to white screen appearing on launch
- Processing panel now appears with correct information
- Fixtures on the processing panel no longer overlapping other text
- Pitch image used in news and inbox items now appearing correctly
- Social feed and inbox items appearing correctly when scrolling
- Added condition & match sharpness numerical values to match tactics screen

Match

- Improved Set Piece default settings, AI and Positioning
- Ball Visibility / Change Ball Option now available
- Director Camera Tweaks
- Improvements to match display in low settings
- Fixed players figures appearing all in black incorrectly
- Fixed score divergence in hotseat matches
- Tweaked Additional Time Level
- Goalkeepers not wearing outfield kits
- Show/disable condition option now working in matches
- Red chequered flags no longer appearing

Gameplay

- Scouting reports no longer showing minus days
- Cancel scouting assignment working correctly when used on scouted player

Please bear in mind this version of the beta is still a work in progress and do raise any issues you come across with the game. As stated above there are other fixes that won’t be included in this list, so please do check within the game before asking about them on the official Sports Interactive forums.

Di importante c'è i miglioramento nel posizionamento dei giocatori, sia in generale che sui calci piazzati, e dell'IA.

Molto cambiato il modo di ricerca dei giocatori, un po "spaesante" ma forse più realistico.

Domanda, non riesco a farmi arrivare il rapporto sui prossimi avversari da parte degli osservatori... Dove sbaglio perché ho dato chiaramente questo incarico.

Hanno migliorato il sistema di valutazione degli osservatori?
Spiego meglio: mi ha appena assunto il Liverpool (quindi ho osservatori di alto rango, con valutazione attuale e potenziale anche a 19/19), ho chiesto di visionare un giocatore che si è messo in mostra nella scorsa stagione (nelle caratteristiche, guarda caso, ha "ragazzo prodigio"!!!!!) e questo mi invia il report con la solita dicitura "Non si consiglia l'acquisto", mettendo 3 stelle per entrambe le valutazioni. Tenete presente che ci sono 6 big d'Europa che hanno fatto già offerte...ovviamente è l'osservatore che sta sbagliando, ma non mi aspettavo anche a questi livelli così alti (19/19 è quasi il top di osservazione!!)
Come state trovando le valutazioni con questa nuova edizione?
